ABSTRACT

Patient satisfaction is a critical indicator of healthcare quality and patient-centered care. This research examines nursing interventions aimed at enhancing patient satisfaction scores. Utilizing a systematic literature review and analysis, this study identifies factors that influence patient satisfaction and evaluates effective nursing strategies. Key findings underscore the transformative impact of communication enhancement, empathetic engagement, patient education initiatives, and quality improvement programs on enriching patient experiences and overall satisfaction levels within healthcare settings.
