The Role Of Mature Employees In The Staff Team Of Startup Businesses

The main objective of the research is to establish the role of mature employees
in the staff team of new businesses. The three specific objectives used in this
study were to determine
1. Whether experienced workers possess a mastery of work ethics and
can make better decisions at the job site
2. Whether mature employees possess the organizational skills that can
help us use better judgment to minimize mistakes made at the job site
3. Whether workers with excellent leadership skills need extra training
to deal with extra tasks
The questionnaire was used to collect data using simple random sampling to
select 53 teachers from three colleges in Bafut. The results were presented in
percentages. The key result was that mature employees must be included in the
staff team of startup businesses to guarantee productivity and profitability.
A given number of recommendations were made.
