ABSTRACT

The content of the study was Employee Development programs on employee performance, the study applied four objectives and they were as follows: To determine the level of respondent’s interns of age, gender, education and work experience; To determine the level of employee development programs in a Hormud Telecom company in Beletweyne To determine the level of employee performance of Hormuud Telecom Company in Beletweyne And finally to determine the relationship between employee development programs on employee performance The study had a sample size of 66 participants and used research design of descriptive survey design and coo relational research design. The study revealed that there is a strong relationship between employee development programs on employee performance.
